Personal Statement

I was born and raised on the Wirral before leaving to pursue education and career opportunities.  Having met my wife in London I persuaded her to move to the bright lights of West Kirby before moving back overseas for 5 years for a last adventure.  We returned home for good in 2018 and have 2 children in attendance at St Bridget’s.

I’ve worked in infrastructure and property management for the past 15 years as well as leading a couple of successful businesses.  I’ve previously served on Boards and Finance Committees in both the private and the voluntary sector and am now a Director at the real estate company CBRE.

As part of being a Parent Governor, I try to bring:

- Energy and enthusiasm to get things done, along with a sense of optimism

- Technical expertise around the safe and effective management of the school’s property

- A passion for driving the environmental and sustainability agenda at the school
