St. Bridget's prides itself on playing a proactive role within our local community and our children love getting involved as much as possible to further strengthen our community ties.
Some recent activities and events include:
- The Link Cafe - run with our Year 4 and St Bridget's Church Centre to provide a cafe experience for our local communities
- Helping with the lake in Ashton Park - working with The Friends of Ashton Park we were able to learn about and observe the dredging of the lake as well as design the new birdboxes that were being placed around it
- Hickory's Smokehouse - as part of our work with local businesses we have explored the steps taken by the restaurant to improve their environmental impact as well as help them develop a new children's menu
