Personal Statement
I originally served as a Parent Governor at St Bridget’s when my daughter, Anna, was at the school from 2009 to 2016. For the last two years I was the Chairman of the Governors. Anna had a very happy time at St Bridget’s and I am well aware what an amazing school it is with committed and enthusiastic teachers and leadership. During my original time at the school as a Governor, as a practising Anglican I was instrumental in setting up the Christian Ethos Committee since I am particularly keen on, and supportive of, the Christian Ethos of the school.
I have recently been asked to return as a Governor, but this time as one of the St Bridget’s Church Foundation Governors.
I am a Chartered Accountant by trade. In my spare time I am often to be found down at West Kirby Sailing Club messing around with boats.
