Mental Health and Well-being

At St Bridget’s Primary School, we provide an effective and enjoyable teaching and learning environment, where children can flourish. We aim to promote the mental and physical health and well-being for our staff, parents and pupils.

 

Promoting good mental health and well-being is a priority for us to ensure that we can all reach our full potential. During uncertain times such as these, our anxieties and fears can have a negative effect on our own well-being and on those around us.

Update from Wirral Council

 

We would like to make you aware of a dedicated helpline for children and young people in Wirral that has been set up by the council. The helpline, which will be staffed by professionals from across children’s services who are experienced in dealing with young people. The helpline will be open from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. All calls made to the number are free.

 

Children and young people can call 0808 196 4147 to speak to one of the advisors who will be there to take their call.
